职位描述：
Looking for smart talented software engineers with strong java/j2ee programming skills. Motorola provides excellent learning and growth opportunities to individuals with good academics and great initiative.

***Job Description***
- Participate in the design, architecture, and development on server products.
- Write product design documentation, code comments and test case documentation as per Motorola software quality standards.
- Implement software interfaces for product integration with Mobile Carrier network components like SMSC, WAP Gateway, MMSC, Radius/AAA, SNMP, GGSN/SGSN etc.
- Optimize client/server software for maximum performance and reliability in operator production environment by doing detailed analysis, profiling and staging of products before delivery to customer.

***Minimum Education & Experience Requirements***
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 3 years Java (with 1 year J2EE) programming experience.
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol layers, HTTP, XML, SOAP, java/j2ee software design patterns and Apache frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle/MySQL a plus
- Familiarity with Telecom software a plus
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written Chinese & English.
- Ability to learn quickly and respond effectively in high-pressure, multi-tasking situations.
