职位描述：
-Primary job function is t-participate in the design, architecture, and development on server products. Our team builds wireless value added data services platforms for telecom operators and has been a pioneer in building solutions for delivery and distribution of mobile content like java/midp, symbian, .net, Mophun, ring tones, wall papers, screen savers, music, vide-clips and other 3G content types. Some responsibilities in this function are listed below:
-Participate in software development activities and serve as lead programmer with responsibility t-meet feature completion deadlines.
-Architect, design and development for new and existing products based on market requirements. Example new technologies are Syndication protocols (like RSS, NewsML, Atom etc), DRM, cryptographic content encoding and digital signing, SyncML & SOAP based services, compliance t-Open Mobile Alliance standards.
-Write product design, code comments and test case documentation as per Motorola software quality standards.
-Implement software interfaces for product integration with Mobile Carrier network components like SMSC, WAP Gateway, MMSC, Radius/AAA, SNMP, GGSN/SGSN etc.
-Optimize client/server software for maximum performance and reliability in operator production environment by doing detailed analysis, profiling and staging of products before delivery t-customer.
-Participate in product evangelism by introducing emerging technology concepts in the world of j2ee, j2me, wireless data services, value added services, DRM, content encoding.
-Work with Motorola PCS GSM/CDMA R&D teams t-build joint solutions for telecom operator customers. Examples include online gaming, digital rights management, billing for peer 2 peer content delivery & preloaded applications etc.
-Appropriate escalation of issues as needed t-Program Manager
Requirement -Master’s degree in Computer Science/Communications/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
-Minimum of 5 years J2EE Java programming experience.
-Minimum of 5 years experience working in Solaris environments. Linux a plus.
-Experience on Content Management Platforms, Content Workflow and Syndication protocols (RSS, NewsML, Atom etc) is a strong plus.
-Other Core skills - familiarity with GSM & CDMA networks, Oracle and other Databases, Security & authentication protocols and other Internet protocols.
-In dept understanding of TCP/IP protocol layers, HTTP, SOAP, SyncML, Struts, software design patterns (for java and j2ee), Profiling tools like JProbe/OptimizeIt, Performance test tools like WebLoad/Jmeter/Loadrunner.
-Additional skills for consideration - SIM card based applications, Cryptographic signing and encoding hardware boards, contribution t-JSRs, networking, n-tier computing systems, routers, firewalls, load balancers, DNS etc
-Telecoms experience a plus. Especially existing working relationships with CMCC & China Unicom R&D teams.
-Excellent communication skills in oral and written Chinese & English.
-Ability t-learn quickly and respond effectively in high-pressure, multi-tasking situations.(责任编辑：韩建光) |
