职位描述：
Responsibilities:
·Provide quality management of, and production engineering support to, our supply base.
·Develop and implement methods for measuring and tracking vendor performance.
·Perform vendor audits.
·Lead production engineering efforts to resolve vendor corrective actions.
·Manage the supplier specification system.
·Review suppliers'incoming audit and inspection plans.

Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above.
·ISO 9001 (2000) Quality Management Systems expertise.
·3-5 years experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment
·Plastics manufacturing experience.
·Knowledge of quality tools: SPC, Pareto analysis, gage R&R, cpk, DOE and ANOVA.
·Knowledge of GDT and ability to read prints.
·New product launch experience.
·Strong customer quality support experience.
·Software proficiency including: Minitab, and MS Office applications
Demonstrated leadership ability.
·Production supervision experience.
·Working knowledge of statistics (ANOVA, DOE, t-tests, F-tests).
·Proven record of accomplishments with significant and measurable results.
·Frequent travel.
·Strong project management background.
