职位描述：
Purpose:
To manage system test team as test leader, within strategic objectives and budget,so as to secure high quality of the products to be launched to Global, China mainland and Hong Kong markets.

Responsibilities:
1. People Management
Test Team management in "System Verification" section
2. Resource allocation
Understanding of competence of individual subordinate for appropriate assignment of role in each project.
3. Planning
Create test plans & time schedules, prepare test;
4. Coordination
Coordinate with customers/consultants
5. Support
Technical support for sales & marketing units & service center
6. Verification & Validation
Execute System Test
7. Reporting
Create test reports
8. Checking & Approval
Create test plans, time schedules, test specifications & test reports;

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mobile Communication or Network Communication etc.
1-3 years of experience in SW Verification i.e for mobile phones,wide knowledge in mobile communication & various kinds of applications related to mobile phones
SW Verification, Good at English in speaking & writing (at least 4 levels)
