职位描述：
JobDescription:
The ideal candidate should be able to rapidly establish relationships with individuals across Nokia organization and with external partners. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of regulatory and voluntary certification schemes in mobile product area and experience to communicate with external partners. The candidate should also be an independent target orientated employee with project management experience.
Main Responsibility Areas:
- Offer China certification services for customers
- Identify and develop China certification solutions.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in mobile phone certification
- Project management and communication skills to handle certification project independently
- Good negotiation and flexible personality to work in service organization
- Capable of process development and implementation
- Understanding of product approvals processes, regulations, directives
- Good written and verbal communications skills (Chinese and English).
